Inputs explained

Example

Example 1 (US domestic G&S):

Amount $100.00; 3.49% + $0.49 → fee = $3.49 + $0.49 = $3.98 → net ≈ $96.02

Example 2 (Intl + conversion 3%):

Amount $100.00; percent = 3.49% + intl 1.5% = 4.99%; fixed $0.49; conv 3% on gross: main fee = $4.99 + $0.49 = $5.48; conv = $3.00 → total fee = $8.48 → net = $91.52

Example 3 (Gross‑up to receive $100):

Percent 4.99%, fixed $0.49, conv 3% on gross: gross = (100 + 0.49) / (1 − 0.0499 − 0.03) ≈ $109.70 → fee ≈ $9.70 → net ≈ $100.00
